Paul Hiltman

Paul Hiltman has a long history of experience in engineering and production management. Paul began their career in 1975 at Burton Medical Products as an Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for new product and fixture design and manufacturing engineering. Paul also set up a documentation system compliant with FDA GMP's and participated in the development of innovative products. In 1990, they were recruited to Avon - ISI as an Engineering Manager, where they created a talented team of engineers and support personnel and established a concurrent engineering program. In 2000, they moved to Facet Technologies as VP of R&D. From 2002 to 2015, they were VP & General Manager at AeroQuest, Inc., where they had P&L responsibility for the FAA Repair Station and manufacturer of custom corporate aviation cabinetry and composite interior structures. Paul innovated the first commercial cabin compliant solid surface material and expanded the company from private to commercial aviation market. Paul also established ISO-9000-compliant procedures and was the FAA Accountable Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Contract Consultant at P.D.Hiltman. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been Production Manager at HeatTrak, LLC.

Paul Hiltman holds a B.S. in Physics from Harvey Mudd College and a B.S. in Education from the University of North Dakota. Paul also holds a 6-sigma green belt certification from ISO 9001 Auditor.
