Kimberlyn James

Kimberlyn James has extensive experience in compliance and quality assurance within community services. With a tenure at Heaven's Hands Community Services from January 2007 to the present, Kimberlyn has served as Corporate Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, and as Quality Assurance Coordinator, conducting internal program reviews to maintain documentation standards. Additional roles include Coordinator of Community Services and Coordinator of Respite Services, focusing on operational management and program planning. Kimberlyn began a career at PSCH as a Medicaid Service Coordinator, managing caseloads and providing families with access to Medicaid-funded programs.
