Janine Hoet

Janine Hoet is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as the General Manager - People, Wellness & Capability at HEB Construction since January 2017, Janine has previously held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Hynds Ltd from June 2006 to December 2016, where expertise in human resource management, health and safety, strategic planning, quality management, and talent management was demonstrated. Additional roles include HR Manager at Tyco Flow Control and Peace Software, as well as Group HR Manager at Crane Distribution NZ Ltd, where foundational skills in HR practices were cultivated from 1998 to 2006.
