Wayan Suwena, CDM, CFPP, is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Food Service Director at Hebrew SeniorLife since November 2012, with previous roles as Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. Prior experience includes Head Chef at The Cottage Restaurant from October 2007 to October 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing kitchen operations, labor control, food and menu development, purchasing, and cost control.
