Allan Villegas

Allan Villegas, Ph.D. is an accomplished academic and entrepreneur with extensive experience in developing entrepreneurial ecosystems, particularly in the Gulf and MENA regions. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence, Senior Research Fellow, and Postdoctoral Researcher at HEC Paris, Allan Villegas leads various international research projects aimed at fostering entrepreneurship. In addition to roles at HEC Paris, Allan Villegas holds key positions as Co-Founder and CEO of Qaiver Fintech, LLC, and is involved with several startups as a board member and investor, including Muamla Technology, AgriCope, and ShipBee. Allan Villegas possesses a robust academic background, with a postdoctorate from HEC Paris and a Ph.D. in Business Administration focused on Entrepreneurship from EGADE Business School, complemented by previous teaching roles at Universidad de Monterrey.
