Elyse Michaels Berger

Elyse Michaels Berger serves as the Director of Short-term Programs at HEC Paris since June 2013, where responsibilities include directing the Summer School and developing innovative programs in collaboration with leading professors across France and internationally. With extensive experience at Princeton University, Elyse co-chairs the Summer Service Fund, which grants awards to students engaged in public service and has overseen the Princeton Alumni Association of France. Previous roles at HEC Paris include MBA Director of Academics & Student Services and MBA Development Manager, where planning and academic oversight were key responsibilities. Prior to HEC Paris, Elyse was a consultant at Accenture, focusing on organization and human performance. Elyse holds multiple degrees, including a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from ESSEC Business School, along with various professional coaching certifications and programs.
