Marine Franchino

Marine Franchino currently serves as Head of Climate & Environmental Policy and Decarbonization Project Manager at HEC Paris since March 2023. Previously, Marine held the position of CSR Project Manager at Carte Noire from January 2018 to January 2023, leading initiatives in sustainable packaging, carbon footprint measurement, and employee training in climate awareness. From July 2011 to January 2018, Marine worked at Mondelēz International as a Product Change Manager, managing cross-functional teams and key performance indicators during product innovations and transitions. Marine began the career as an Analyste & Prévisionniste at SODIAAL UNION between April 2010 and June 2011, focusing on dairy surplus management. Marine holds a Mastère spécialisé in International Agribusiness Management from ESSEC Business School and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agronomy from ENSBANA - Agrosup Dijon.
