Stéphane Guermond

Stéphane Guermond currently serves as the Chief Digital and Information Officer at HEC PARIS since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading IT teams, overseeing digital transformation, and enhancing student digital experiences through initiatives like Admissions and International Mobility systems. Previously, Stéphane held various senior roles at Sodexo from January 2013 to January 2021, including VP Global IS&T and Group CIO, focusing on global HR information systems and talent management for IT and Supply Management teams. Earlier experience includes positions at Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services as Global CIO and Operations Director, and extensive IT roles from IT Engineer to CIO in France and Central Europe. Stéphane began the career as an IT Engineer at Side Informatique Paris after earning a degree from ESIEA - École d'Ingénieur·e·s d'un numérique utile.
