Cecelia Maginot

Cecelia Maginot is a skilled Project Engineer at Hecate Energy LLC, focusing on large-scale utility solar and storage design since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Civil Engineer at Burns & McDonnell, where responsibilities involved creating calculation and construction drawing packages for substation designs.
