Sabrina Montañez

Sabrina Montañez is an Associate Project Engineer at Hecate Energy LLC since January 2023, with prior experience as a Controls Engineering Intern at Remora, where contributions included developing a physics-based model and building a test bench for a desiccant dehumidification system. As Outreach Director for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers at the University of Michigan, Sabrina directed the Discover Engineering program and facilitated a STEM volunteer opportunity in Puerto Rico. Previous internships at Wolfspeed and involvement in academic initiatives and research projects have further honed engineering skills. Sabrina holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Michigan.
