Sneha K. has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Sneha began their career as an HR at Bharti Retail Limited (Easyday) in 2013, where they handled day-to-day HR operational activities and resolved salary related issues. In 2014, they joined Yum! Brands as an HR, where they managed data for compensation and benefits analyses, supported HR Business Partners with data, and cooperated in salary benchmarking with external consultants. In 2017, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nature's Basket Limited, and in 2019 they were promoted to Human Resources Manager at Hector Beverages.
