We are the largest geographic police service nationally serving a resident population of over 488,000. This is increases significantly between early spring and end of summer every year, with the volume of tourists that arrive to enjoy our lengthy coastline, vast rurality and many villages and county towns. Our area stretches from St David’s in the west across to Crickhowell in the east and up to Welshpool and Machynlleth in the north.
