Karyn Howells has extensive experience in human resources, holding positions such as Senior Human Resources Manager at Heddlu Dyfed-Powys Police and HR Specialist in Attendance and Performance Management at Dyfed Powys Police. Prior to this, KARYN worked as a Faculty Administrator at Pembrokeshire College and in HR at Chevron. Karyn holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from Swansea University.
