Linda Williams FCIPD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR and organizational development. Linda has held key leadership roles in various companies, including Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and Cheshire Building Society. Linda has a proven track record of designing and implementing successful people strategies, leading organizational change programs, and driving employee engagement. Linda is currently serving as the Director of People & Organisation Development at Heddlu Dyfed-Powys Police, where Linda is responsible for leading people and pan-organization change initiatives. Linda's academic background includes a Chartered Fellow in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Cranfield School of Management.
