Janice Boudreau, CPA, has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of accounting and finance. Janice has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in financial management, supervising teams, and implementing automation systems.

From 1993 to 1998, Janice served as the Director of Accounting at the Associated General Contractors of WA. Janice then joined Washington Mutual, Inc., where they worked as the Vice President - Senior Finance Manager. Janice'sresponsibilities included managing the implementation of the SOX program for the Corporate Services division and supervising the month-end close process for the IT departments.

In 2005, Janice worked as an Audit Assurance Manager/Financial Services Group at Moss Adams LLC, focusing on auditing financial institutions and reviewing internal controls. Janice later joined Willis and Associates as a Senior Consultant, where they provided accounting consulting services.

Janice then served as an Accountant-Canada at TCSJOHNHUXLEY from 2011 to 2014. Janice'srole involved handling accounting tasks for the Canadian branch of the company. Following this, they were the Director of Finance at Las Vegas REALTORS®, overseeing the finance team and developing financial reports.

In 2015, Janice started their own accounting consulting business, working independently until 2017. During this period, they offered their expertise to clients on various accounting matters.

From 2017 to 2019, Janice worked as the Controller at Goodwill of Southern Nevada. Janice'sresponsibilities included supervising accounting staff, preparing financial statements, and automating accounting processes.

Janice then joined Prime Trust in 2019 as the Corporate Controller. Janice'srole involved supervising a team of five accounting professionals and managing the implementation of NetSuite for the company.

Currently, Janice holds the position of Senior Controller at Hedera since 2023, where they continue to apply their expertise in financial management and control.

Janice Boudreau, CPA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Seattle University. Janice completed this degree, although the specific dates of their enrollment and graduation are unknown. Additionally, Janice has obtained several certifications, including the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the Washington State Board of Accountancy in June 2000. Furthermore, in June 2020, they earned the Blockchain Fundamentals for Accounting and Finance Professionals Certificate from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
