Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Index Options Sales at Nasdaq since May 2024, Nicholas oversees innovative financial products within the Nasdaq-100 index. Previously, positions include Lead Concierge at Miami Golf Concierge, Vice President of Fixed Income, Currencies & Repo Sales at Eurex from January 2023 to May 2024, and Senior Enterprise Account Executive at FIS from 2020 to January 2023, where Nicholas focused on improving working capital management. Earlier experiences at Eurex and Deutsche Börse involved analyst and sales roles, supporting strategic initiatives and senior-level client engagements. Nicholas's background also includes leadership experience in the Royal Navy, enhancing team development and training, and involvement with the Department for International Trade, promoting international engagement for UK businesses. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Economics and Management from Aston University and a certification as a Derivatives Trader from Deutsche Börse Capital Markets Academy.
