At Hedge Realty, we believe home is more than a sanctuary. It’s the way sunlight filters into your kitchen on a perfect morning. The way you feel when the grocer knows your name. An incredible bottle of wine shared with friends on a night filled with laughter. Home is that seemingly elusive convergence of comfort, community, and lifestyle.

After a synergistic nine-year partnership and decades of experience at the world’s top brokerages, founders Alexa Glockner and Tim Little wanted to highlight the people, lifestyle, and communities that make the North Bay such an ideal place to live. Hedge Realty is a grassroots, boutique company, built to serve clients at every price point with high-end, hyperlocal service.

We’ve created an exceptional culture grounded in a deep appreciation for all our region has to offer. We’re in the top 1% of agents here because we offer a rare blend of agency-level marketing, expert service, and an intuitive ability to bring the soul of each property to life. We’re passionate about our craft — it’s what moves us. We want to find what moves you.
