Jenny Belforte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and community health. Currently serving as a Realtor® at Hedge Realty since May 2022, Jenny has also held the position of Trustee for General Partner at Castle Farms, LP since 2001. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Ceres Community Project and various leadership positions at Healthy Communities Institute, including VP Community Health Solutions and Director of Client Services. Jenny's career in real estate began as a Real Estate Agent at Zephyr Real Estate from 2002 to 2004. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Public Health in Community Health Science from UCLA.
