Gabe Smith • Leadership Coach

Gabe Smith has been in the leadership coaching industry since 2013 when they founded EAST MOUNTAIN. In 2007, they became the Pastor of Mobilization/Outreach at Forest Hill Church. From 2008 to 2013, they held multiple roles at United World Mission, including Area Director - Africa, Director of Communication/Full Time Student, and Director of Mobilization. In 1999, they served as a Captain in the US Army. In 2018, they became the Executive Pastor at New City Church. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Leadership Development at Pangea. Gabe Smith is currently the Founder and Coach at 3rd Source.

Gabe Smith, Leadership Coach, graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy and Computer Science. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, where they earned a Master of Divinity in Theology.
