Rob Winters

Rob Winters is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and delivering innovative products. Currently serving as Head of Design at Hedgehog since December 2021, Rob previously held the position of Head of Product Design at Trainline from February 2016 to January 2020, where Rob was instrumental in building a world-class design team to enhance customer journeys across a leading digital rail platform. Prior to Trainline, Rob served as Head of Design at Hailo from January 2011 to January 2016, contributing significantly to the design of mobile products for passengers and drivers. Earlier career roles include Lead Designer at Tarsus Group (January 2004 - January 2011) and Web Designer at ROC Timing Systems Limited (1998 - 2003).
