Alex F.

Alex F. has a long and varied work experience, spanning from 2013 to the present. In 2013, they began as a Junior Designer at Chalk & Ward Advertising. In 2014, they took on a volunteer position as Communications Officer for the Grizedale College JCR at Lancaster University Students' Union, where they were responsible for graphic design, event promotion, photography, and video production. In 2015, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Landish Group, a Service Design Researcher at Delphi Medical and Delphi Medical Consultants Ltd, and a Marketing and Design Assistant at Blueprint Interiors Limited. In 2016, they were Assistant Dean at Grizedale College at Lancaster University. In 2017, they were a Design Strategist and Design Research Consultant at Yordas Group. In 2018, they were R&D Market Research Manager at Jonesco (Preston) Ltd, and in 2022 they began working as a UX Researcher and Service Designer at Aviva D2C Wealth at hedgehog lab.

Alex F. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Design from Lancaster University in 2016, following a three-year program that started in 2013. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's Degree in MSc International Innovation (Design) at Lancaster University, which they completed in 2018. In June 2020, Alex F. also obtained a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation.
