Younes Rashidi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the VP of Engineering Operations at Hedgehog Technologies Inc., where they have been since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering at the same company from October 2017 to January 2021. Before joining Hedgehog Technologies Inc., they worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager from December 2014 to September 2017.

Younes also has experience working for Unity Integration Corp. as a Project Manager from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Research Engineer at Simon Fraser University from 2010 to 2014.

Before relocating to Canada, Younes held multiple positions at the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC-NIDC). Younes served as the Head of Telecommunications Department from March 2006 to December 2009, Head of R&D Department from March 2003 to February 2006, Head of IT Department from October 1998 to February 2003, and an Electrical Field Engineer from March 1995 to September 1998.

Additionally, in 1989 to 1993, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiraz University.
