Hongwei Yi

Hongwei Yi is an accomplished researcher with a focus on computer vision and machine learning, currently serving as the Head of Research and Founding Scientist at Hedra since May 2023. Prior to this role, Hongwei Yi gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at NVIDIA between May 2023 and March 2024. Hongwei Yi holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Computer Vision & Machine Learning from the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems, where research was conducted from September 2020 to May 2024, and a Master's degree in Computer Applied Technology from Peking University, completed in June 2020.
