Mel Thomas has a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the hotel industry as well as working with regional chambers. Currently, Mel is focusing on client and project development at Hedrick Brothers Construction, building strategic business relationships and supporting community growth on Florida's Space Coast. Additionally, Mel has experience in leadership roles at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Drury Hotels, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Mel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
