Piet Boellen

Piet Boellen has extensive experience in project control and financial management within the marine contracting and fabrication industries. Currently serving as the Senior Project Control (Area Control) Manager at Heerema Marine Contractors since May 1997, Piet oversees major projects exceeding $1.5 billion and has held leadership roles including Head of Project Control & Estimation and Senior Project Controller, managing project controls, risk assessments, and financial accounting for diverse projects in America, Africa, and Europe. Prior to this, Piet worked at Heerema Fabrication Group in various capacities, including Group Business Controller and Chief Financial Officer Company Secretary, contributing to financial oversight and operational management in fabrication and maintenance activities offshore. Piet's educational background includes studies in Preahep and MEAO.
