Lotta Koskela

Lotta Koskela has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting their career as an Executive Assistant at NCR Finland Oy, they later moved on to work at Teradata, where they held positions as a Sales Manager and Sales Manager Trainee. Lotta achieved great success in sales and received an award for exceeding their sales quota. Following this, Lotta worked at Capgemini Finland Oy as a Consultant and later as a Manager in the Human Resources department, where they were responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes. Lotta then joined Sokotel Oy as an IT Manager for Sokos Hotels & Radisson Blu, and later as a Development Manager, leading development activities across 25 hotels. Prior to their current role, they worked at Rsult as a Senior Advisor, focused on improving client engagement. Currently, Lotta is the Director of Strategy and People at Heeros, where they lead key strategic initiatives, facilitates cultural transformation, and deploys HR practices. Throughout their career, Lotta has demonstrated strong managerial skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on driving growth and development within organizations.

Lotta Koskela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mercuria Business School, which they completed from 1998 to 2002. Lotta earned a Master's Degree in Knowledge Management and Leadership from LUT University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. In 2019 to 2020, Lotta completed the Stanford LEAD: Corporate Innovation Certification at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Furthermore, Lotta graduated from Kouvolan Lyseon Lukio in 1998, having completed their high school education.
