Artur Stepanov

Artur Stepanov is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Heetch since December 2022. Previously, Artur held the position of Director of Operations at TikTok from May 2020 to November 2022, where contributions included establishing the LIVE Operations department in Eastern Europe and designing key operational processes and user engagement strategies.
