Yamina Messaoudene has been working in customer service roles since 2015. Yamina started their career at Jumia Group as the Head of Customer Service, and then went on to become the Customer Service Manager. In 2020, they joined Heetch as a Customer Care Manager, a role they continue to hold.
Yamina Messaoudene attended La Chambre Algérienne du Commerce (C.A.C.I) from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a master 01 / Ingénieur d'affaire in Management de projet. Before that, they attended l'institut national de tourisme et hôtellerie I.N.H.T Tizi ouzou from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Brevet de technicien tourisme.
