Myriam Kharrab

Myriam Kharrab has a diverse work experience in the Human Resources field. In 2014, they began their career as an HR Assistant Intern at Conseil Régional de Picardie. Myriam then worked as an HR Business Partner Intern at ASTRIAM in 2015. That same year, they took on the role of People & Operations Specialist at CBRE. In 2016, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Airbus. In 2018, they worked as a Change Management and Communications Officer at Colliers, where their role included writing communication plans for employee representative bodies and organizing co-construction workshops with users. In 2019, they worked as a Talent Development Specialist at LINKBYNET. In 2020, they were a Talent Management Officer at RATPgroup. Currently, they are a Talent & Operations Manager at Heex Technologies, where they are responsible for helping Autonomous Driving dev teams efficiently access, organize, and identify key insights from captured data.

Myriam Kharrab attended IGS-RH from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Human Resources Management.
