Anastasiya Smolin

Anastasiya Smolin has extensive experience in talent operations and recruitment, currently serving as Talent Operations Business Partnership Lead at SoftServe since May 2018, following roles as Talent Operations Business Partner and Corporate Functions Recruiter. Previously, Anastasiya worked as a Recruiter at Intellias for a brief period in early 2018, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and consulting hiring managers. From March 2015 to October 2017, Anastasiya was an IT Recruiter and HR Manager at DMP Development Group, where responsibilities included recruitment planning, employee administration, and policy development. Earlier experience includes a position as Junior HR Admin Specialist at Nestle S.A., handling employee information and HR procedures, and as a Translator at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia. Anastasiya holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
