Grace Howard

Grace Howard is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and project coordination. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant to both the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Heffernan Insurance Brokers since July 2023, Grace has also held the position of Executive & Personal Assistant to the Principal/Chief of Real Estate at Tan Consulting since October 2021. Previously, Grace worked as a Project Coordinator for the Oakland Athletics from August 2019 to July 2023, contributing administrative support to the Real Estate Development team on the significant Howard Terminal ballpark project. Previous experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at the Associated Students of Sonoma State University, where responsibilities involved managing day-to-day functions of a $2.2 million public benefit corporation.
