Aiste Mardosaite (BA, ACIPD)

Aiste Mardosaite has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Aiste started their career as a Human Resource (HR) Department Placement at The Dorchester in 2015. Later on, they worked as a Recruitment Analyst at Henlow Recruitment Group, where they provided recruitment solutions for leading banks and financial institutions. In 2016, they joined Metropolitan as an HR Administrator, assisting the Resourcing Manager in the day-to-day running of the Metropolitan Bank Scheme. Aiste then progressed to the role of HR Coordinator - Resourcer, where they coordinated short-term assignments within Care and Support and provided administrative support to the HR Department and the Executive Team. Subsequently, Aiste worked as an HR Shared Services professional, responsible for providing proactive and reactive generalist HR services. Currently, they are employed at Hegelmann Group, where they have held the positions of HR Manager and Head of HR - Hegelmann Transporte.

Aiste Mardosaite earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained ESOL Skills for Life Level I and Level II Certificates from Greenwich Community College London, during the period of 2011 to 2012. In July 2015, they obtained a certification as a CIPD Associate Member from the CIPD institution.
