Anuja Katyal

Anuja Katyal, MBA, is a seasoned UX researcher and strategist with extensive experience in user experience research across various industries. Currently serving as a Sr. UX Researcher in Employee Experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and an Agent, Recruiter, and Creative Lead at Hegemon Group International, Anuja has been dedicated to empowering women toward financial independence. With a rich background that includes roles as Senior UX Researcher/Strategist at Surili Couture and UX Research and Design Lead at CME Travel, Anuja has conducted comprehensive user interviews and strategic research initiatives throughout a career spanning over 15 years. A co-founder of Mother's Feast, Anuja has also held positions in project management and procurement analysis at Equity Office Properties, and organized international concerts for the renowned sitar maestro Ustad Imrat Khan. Anuja holds an MBA with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of California, Davis, an Associate of Arts in Apparel Manufacturing from FIDM, and a BA in Women's Studies, Psychology, and Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
