Susan O'Brien

Susan O'Brien is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Mobile Crisis Clinician at Hegira Health, Inc. since March 2023 and as the Mental Health Director at Wayne County Jail for NaphCare, Inc. since December 2021, Susan has a strong background in crisis intervention and counseling. With prior experience as a Crisis Counselor at Netcare Access and a Counselor at Mid-Ohio Psychological Services, Susan specializes in assessing and treating individuals with diverse mental health challenges, including psychotic disorders and substance use disorders.
