Chris Rooney serves as the Vice President of Business Development at HEI Civil since October 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at Horsepower Site Services and Peabody General Contractors, both from October 2023 to October 2024. Chris has extensive experience in account management from Worldwide Rental Services and Worldwide Machinery, LTD., where tenure spanned from March 2012 to October 2023. Previous experience includes a business development role at Western Fleet Services from June 2009 to March 2012. Chris Rooney holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
