Heidi Tynkkynen

Heidi Tynkkynen is an experienced professional in customer success and product management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at HEI Schools since February 2025. Prior to this role, Heidi held various positions at Smartly.io from May 2018 to September 2024, including Head of Customer Success EMEA North & MENA, Head of Customer Success EMEA North, Client Partner, and Customer Success Manager for the Nordics. Additionally, experience includes product management roles at Clear Channel Outdoor and L'Oréal, where responsibilities spanned from Nordic Product Manager to Marketing Trainee. Early career experiences include trainee positions at UPM - The Biofore Company, Hilti Group, and consulting at MPT-Solutions Ltd. Heidi holds a Master's Degree in International Management from CEMS, an MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Aalto University, and a B.Sc. (econ.) in Marketing from Aalto University, complemented by an exchange semester at Macquarie University.
