J.R. Earnest L. Glascock Jr., COSS, RSO has a strong background in environmental, health, and safety management. (J.R.) Earnest L. has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Vice President of Environmental, Health and Safety at The Heico Companies LLC, where they are currently working. Prior to this, they were the President of LeadershipTopix.com and also served as a Professional Speaker and an Author.

Before their role at LeadershipTopix.com, they worked at The Lane Construction Corporation for over 15 years. During their time there, they held several positions including Corporate Director of QHSE, Director of Corporate Safety, and Corporate Safety Manager for both Plants and Paving and Operations.

Before joining The Lane Construction Corporation, Glascock worked at APAC-Atlantic, Inc. as an Environmental Health and Safety Representative and eventually became an Environmental Health and Safety Officer. (J.R.) Earnest L. also served as the Office Manager for the Environmental Health and Safety Department.

Throughout their career, Glascock has demonstrated their expertise in leading diverse teams and implementing comprehensive safety management systems.

Earnest L. Glascock Jr., COSS, RSO has a diverse education history. (J.R.) Earnest L. studied Occupational Safety and Health at West Virginia University. (J.R.) Earnest L. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University. (J.R.) Earnest L. also acquired a Certification in Safety and Maintenance from the University of Virginia. Furthermore, they obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree in Business and an Undergraduate Certificate in Management, both from Columbia Southern University. In addition, they pursued Business Administration with a Concentration in Leadership at Laurel Ridge Community College and Northern Virginia Community College. Earnest L. Glascock Jr. holds several certifications, including being an Honored Listee by Marquis Who's Who. (J.R.) Earnest L. is also a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist and a Radiation Safety Officer.
