Joe Sullivan

Joe Sullivan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Joe started their career as an Associate at Latham & Watkins, where they worked for six years. Joe then moved on to Clark Retail Enterprises, Inc., serving as the Director of Legal Services and later as the General Counsel. Following their time at Clark, Joe became the Vice President and General Counsel at White Hen Pantry, Inc., leading the company through a successful turnaround and eventual sale. Joe then joined Kraft Foods Group, where they held various roles, including Chief Counsel, Corporate & Business Services, Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, and Vice President & Associate General Counsel. After their tenure at Kraft, Joe served as the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Andeavor. Currently, they are the EVP & General Counsel at The Heico Companies LLC, responsible for Legal and Compliance. Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams and providing legal support in various areas including supply chain, operations, procurement, M&A, and sales.

Joe Sullivan attended the University of Michigan from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained an AB degree in English. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Michigan Law School from 1990 to 1993, obtaining a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
