Lisandra Cassola

Lisandra Cassola is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at HEICO since August 2021, Lisandra has previously held positions as In-House Counsel at GSI Management USA, Associate Attorney at Serber & Associates, P.A., and Staff Attorney at Moguldom. Lisandra's expertise includes advising foreign and national investors on corporate structures, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, and supporting legal operations in the digital media and entertainment sector. Early career experience includes roles as a Law Clerk at The Bobadilla Law Firm and as a Legal Intern at the FIU College of Law Small Business Clinic. Lisandra holds a Juris Doctor from Florida International University - College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Florida International University.
