William Fikes, MBA, has a range of work experience in finance and accounting roles. William began their career at Oakwood Club, where they created a mock information system for a restaurant. William then worked at Crescent Planing Mill Co., managing and building high-quality cabinetry. Following that, they interned as a Tax Accounting Intern at C.H. Dean, Inc., preparing tax returns for various clients. William continued their education at the University of Dayton, earning their MBA with a specialization in Accounting. Upon completion, they joined Heidelberg Distributing as a Staff Accountant for the Dayton divisions, where they prepared financial statements and performed reconciliations. William progressed to Senior Accountant and then to Accounting Manager at the same company. Currently, they serve as the Director of Finance and Administration, overseeing and managing the accounting department and providing support to administration managers.
William Fikes, MBA graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton in 2012. William then proceeded to earn their Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the same university in 2013.
