With a background in leading HR strategies and operational improvements, Didden has successfully managed HR responsibilities for multiple organizations, navigating complex change management processes, negotiating with unions, and enhancing company culture across various industries. Didden holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from EPHEC and has extensive experience in executing HR initiatives that align with business goals.
