Tom O'Neill

Tom O'Neill possesses extensive experience in the cement industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Cement Operations at Heidelberg Materials North America. Prior roles include Area Operations Manager and Plant Manager at Lehigh Hanson, as well as Assistant Plant Manager and Production Manager at Lehigh Cement Company in Mason City. O'Neill began a career in the industry as a Process Engineer at Lehigh Cement Company and gained initial experience as a Commissioning Engineer with FL Smidth/Fuller. O'Neill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University, attended from 1988 to 1992, and is a graduate of Connetquot High School, class of 1988.
