Dagmara Raczynska

Dagmara Raczynska is an experienced scientist in the field of chemistry, currently serving as a Scientist in Chemistry at Heidelberg Pharma Research GmbH since September 2022, after holding the position of Senior Technician in Chemistry. Prior experience includes a role as Synthesis Chemist at CYNORA from December 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included the development and optimization of organic and organometallic syntheses, support for a mentoring and coaching program, and safety oversight within the synthesis laboratory. Raczynska's technical skills encompass conducting various synthesis methods, material purification, and characterization techniques such as LC-MS and NMR. Previous roles involved research at the University of Gdańsk on innovative antibacterial compounds and an internship focused on cosmetic formulation and quality control. Raczynska holds a Master of Science in Biological Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Cosmetic Chemistry, both from the University of Gdańsk.
