Andres Garibay

Andres Garibay currently serves as the Global Lead for Automation and Remote Batching Ready-Mix Concrete at Heidelberg Materials, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Holcim from September 2000 to July 2025, such as Head of Future-proof Operations, Senior Manager for Performance Improvement & Business Development, and Senior RMX Business Unit Manager focused on End-to-End Supply Chain Operations. Additional roles at Holcim Mexico and Holcim Group Support emphasized Supply Chain, Performance Improvement, and Business Development. Andres earned a Postgraduate Degree in RMX Operations from the University of Derby and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
