Dr. Tosin Lebile

Dr. Tosin Lebile currently holds the position of Head of Software Engineering Sustainability and Global Product Owner for Sustainability at Heidelberg Materials, where employment began in December 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Contract Consultant at Hanson UK and Babcock International Group, as well as a Business Architect with Boeing Defence UK Ltd. Earlier in the career, Dr. Lebile contributed as a Senior SharePoint Business Analyst and a Web Business Analyst at Babcock International Group, and as a Business Analyst at Alliance Learning in collaboration with the University of Bolton. Academic qualifications encompass a PhD in Enterprise Systems and an MSc in Business Information Systems from The University of Bolton, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos. Dr. Lebile demonstrated notable success in implementing an ERP system at Alliance Learning LTD, employing agile methodologies to deliver complex projects on schedule and within budget.
