Maxime Leemans

Maxime Leemans is an experienced production manager currently leading operations at Heidelberg Materials since January 2020, having progressed through roles as a process and production engineer and engineer in training. Prior experience includes a language internship at EF Education First in 2019, a master thesis project at AW Europe focused on software development for automatic gearboxes, and a leadership role in a robotics competition with Eurobot as team leader of Atom X Mons. Maxime's early career also includes a trainee position at I-care Group, where a study on flow measurement in industrial environments was conducted. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons, along with training in Trading from the Louvain School of Management.
