Silvio Thiede

Silvio Thiede is an experienced executive in the cement and construction materials industry, currently serving as Project Director for Group Secondary Cementitious Materials at Heidelberg Materials since August 2023. Prior to this role, Silvio held the position of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at HeidelbergCement Georgia from May 2022 to July 2023. Between August 2019 and May 2022, Silvio was the General Director for Bulgaria, Greece, and Albania at HeidelbergCement. Silvio began a long tenure with HeidelbergCement AG in September 1999, where various leadership roles included General Director for Ukraine, General Director for Northwest Russia, Chief Information Officer for Deutschland, Director of Business Development for Romania, and Country Manager for Ready-Mixed Concrete.
