At Omya, Tiago was the UK Maintenance Stream Leader for a major transformation project. Prior experience includes a tenure at Secil as Maintenance Manager and Mechanical Maintenance Manager, responsible for overseeing mechanical and civil construction departments, as well as reliability engineering management at the Maceira-Liz Plant. Tiago holds a degree from Instituto Superior Técnico, completed between 2002 and 2008.
