Alexandra Colina, M.Ed, LPC, currently serves as the Global Learning & Development Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, where responsibilities include overseeing the learning budget, consulting with stakeholders, and designing learning programs for over 3000 global colleagues. As a Co-Founder of Next Move Consulting, Alexandra provides career consulting services and facilitates workshops for a diverse client base. Previous roles include Corporate Manager of Learning and Development at True Group, Inc., and Advisor & Curriculum Design Consultant at the Women's Business Development Center, where Alexandra focused on business recovery and instructional design. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from Denison University and a Master of Education in Counseling from DePaul University.
