Aliceson Robinson

Aliceson Robinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting and executive search, currently serving as Global Sector Leader and Partner at Heidrick & Struggles since August 2021. Aliceson holds numerous leadership roles, including Chair of The Javaad Alipoor Company and Trustee for the Women's Prize Trust. Additionally, Aliceson is a Development Council Member at Almeida Theatre and previously held roles as Trustee at the Royal Academy of Dance and Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates. Experience also includes contributions to the National Theatre as Gala Co-chair and Young Patrons Committee Member, as well as senior engagement management at McKinsey & Company. Aliceson is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (MBA) and the University of Notre Dame (BA in Economics and Pre-Medical Studies).
